Qom is an old town located in central part of Iran, a traditional and religious city, usually occupied with pilgrims throughout the year. The main goal of the project was to create a commercial complex that not only attracts the tourist and pilgrims, but also adds new experiences for Qom residents.

Qom commercial complex is a public building for social interactions; consists of three floors of retail and stores and the three top floors of movie theatre, food court, and interactive indoor playground.
